  Effective classroom environment is depends on the teacher as a good facilitator and model for the pupils to follow.  Effective classroom environment also depends very much on the conducive environment, which in turn depends on the effective physical management in the classroom.   

            In addition, the learning theories may help the learning process in the classroom.  It’s easy for teachers selecting appropriate teaching materials and devise suitable activities to facilitate pupils learning and making effective use of classroom management techniques to ensure conducive environment for learning with minimal disruptive behaviors. The teacher has to acquire the good possibility of the theories which involve in the teaching learning process.  In the context of educational psychology, learning style is a pupils’ typical manner to attend, process and acquire information, knowledge or new experience.

            The teacher is responsibility to manage the classroom effectively in order to provide enjoyable and fun learning experiences for students, and by learning the theories and models, its gives a chance for teacher to improve the management and control in classroom. It is very important for teachers to know their students level because it easy for them to create a suitable methods and strategies for the students.            

            As a teacher we also have to manage our students’ behaviour and at the same time are able to create a safe and friendly environment for students. These theories tell us how teacher develop own philosophy and technique of classroom management and the other theories like theories of Assertive Tactics and Theories of Democratic Teaching and a few other theories.

            In the end of the teaching learning process, the teacher should arrange and organized all the instructions systematically from simple to complex, so as to guide pupils to perform the activity until attaining its objective.
