monitor, maintain and sustain productive students’ behaviour in the
classroom. Evaluate various
strategies that can be used to achieve productive students’ behaviour in
the ESL primary
classroom. Support your answer with examples.
4. A carefully planned system of rules and
procedures makes it easier for the teacher to
communicate his expectations to the
students and also helps ensure that the procedures set up
will be workable and appropriate. Discuss
how a teacher can develop, teach and
reinforce these
rules and procedures in a large Malaysian
ESL primary classroom. Provide examples to support
your answer.
